- No manipulating votes via bots or alt accounts; this will result in permanent bans. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in an account ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be permanently banned.

Hopefully these comments are the ones that will make it clear just how hard the "Democrats bad" narrative is being pushed on Lemmy.
They want us to focus more on the Dems than the people actually implementing fascism. They want to manipulate the next election, and they're starting early. It will get worse.

Idk, the actions of the governor of the state where national guard and potentially military are being mobilized against Americans exercising their first amendment rights, seems kind of relevant to the whole thing.

It's much more effective to fracture a group by pretending to be part of it than by leveling criticism from the outside.

Just like there, some of it is genuine. And more of it is genuine because it's easy and fits in with the "consensus".
Luckily the mod/admin powers here aren't being used to assist it, unlike previous times.
