Hell, even great Britain did more than the US historically. Justifying neither. Just showing how naive and likely young they are. Russia had impressive numbers up in Siberia. We may never fully understand China's score. Good states are the exception, not the rule.
But this is some kind of edgelord "west bad" ignorance. And I say this as a first nations descendant who's family suffered o. the trail of tears. The sins of the US are copious but nothing special among their peers.
Yeah, it's one thing to say that the US flag represents any number of unspeakable horrors - there are any number of unspeakable horrors performed under it, and, for that matter, by the explicit fiat of those associated with it. That's pretty indisputable, and if someone wishes to characterize the flag as its representation, that's absolutely within the realm of reasonable arguments.
It's another thing entirely to earnestly argue that the fucking Nazis weren't as bad as the US, and that the US is unrivaled in its atrocities. The US is far from the best state of the modern era - the US is also far from the worst, though that, admittedly, is a bit of damnation by faint praise.
But the Great Satan has to be the biggest evil in the world, or else they might have to think about their opinions for a moment.

And yet their foreign policy has had some beneficial things for some countries (Japan, Germany, Poland, Baltic Nations).

US has historically been the least bad option outside of all the large hegemonic countries.
Russian's authoritarianism and genocidal imperialism survived three economic system over ~100 years.
China had killed untold millions during the early years of CCP rule and they continue to engage in genocidal imperialism.
Who said an Indian reserve is great? And by the way, I've lived in the US, there are many other places that are far worse than even poor provincial towns in developing countries.
The point remains that both russia and China are far far worse than the US.
