This was a fascinating read, it really does sound like the tenant pulled a weekend at Bernie's, if not outright killing the guy himself.

Wow; what a read.

It does seem like Hart was either killed by Ormsby; or Ormsby took advantage of the fact that Heat died, disposed of the body to get access to Hart's assets.
