We don't eat a ton of analogs, but this weekend we went for veggie bacon, vegan eggs and vegan hollandiase, and some sides.

Bacon was LightLife, and eggs are the Yo brand.

How did the hollandaise turn out? I've yet to find a vegan hollandaise that really works for me.

Yo eggs are quite tasty, but alas we decided no more. They're an israeli company, so into the boycott they go.

I've tried a few.

This one https://lovingitvegan.com/vegan-hollandaise-sauce/ The nutritional yeast can overpower this flavour.

Yeah unfortunately the milk used this weekend was different than last time and it separated a bit. But normally its smooth
