Yeah unfortunately the milk used this weekend was different than last time and it separated a bit. But normally its smooth

The mushrooms and tomatoes I roasted in the oven, while I was frying the potatoes in a cast iron pan. If you fry them altogether at the same time the moisture in the mushrooms and tomatoes starts to sog up your potatoes instead of crisping them.
