I'm normally not a history or greek mythology nerd, but I'm reading the Iliad for the first time to reread the Odyssey, and it really do be true. They're like 'we outnumber the Trojans 10:1, have more gods helping us, also the dude who has beef with the Trojans is a massive asshole, and we don't even know if they kidnapped his main wife or she chose to leave him for a hotter guy, but some of our men died and they had families dammit!'
