Pretty sure the law would have to be challenged in court, which would undoubtedly be appealed, and then go to the state supreme Court.
By the time all of this plays out in the legal system, it will be all said and done and the Republicans will have gotten their way anyway.
Yup.
Who has already ruled against this same law in another case.
