As mentioned in another comment, I don't think it's delayed, unless you want an assembled one. They've sold the first batch of upgrade kits, shipping September, with more upgrade kits coming soon and full Core One+ with INDX coming later (as kits and assembled).

If you're itching and want to learn more before getting into toolchangers, the Core One (and One+) announced today are a great place to start, and can be upgraded in the future as newer models release.
