TBF it does sound like they sold off the cola beverage facilities?
I think Pepsi Co and Coca Cola both need to feel the hammer of antimonopoly laws, they've consumed far too many other brands.
EDIT: Nah they even opened a new plant and extended trademarks to 2033.
They just rebranded Pepsi in Russia so that they could claim to have on paper 'discontinued' it.
But do they actually still own the facilities or does it just produce the same cola?
They're making money from the local bottlers and other parts of the supply chain. Kind of like how Coke in the US is made locally by local bottlers.
Their presence is still massive.

Not only that, they have been expanding, even in the middle of the war, with plans for even more facilities:
Thank you, finally somebody with more than judt a "gutt feeling".
The cola is no longer owned by PepsiCo to my knowledge, and any Pepsi Pepsi found there is via re-exports.
If they remain the fourth largest business with 60,000 employees, then I would think yes.
