You know the admins have lives right and Lemmy is 100% a volunteer thing. Having a response SLA isn't a thing.
This. :) Although they added me recently because they had put out a call for volunteers and I responded, and apparently I didn't scare them too badly. ;-)
Maybe you should take OP up on his offer to help too?
Maybe my fellow admins might wish to do so, but I'm a new admin and hardly in a position to bring on more.

Yes, they are aware. Hence the "do you guys and halfgals need help?" offer.
They're acknowledging that people are busy, and instead of being demanding they're offering help.
