Tell me you didn't live through the 90s without telling me you didn't live through the 90s.
It was a fashion trend at the time, wearing bras as actual tops. Everyone did it. Had to be a really fancy bra, or you wore a mesh top over it, so it was entirely see through. I had a gorgeous red bra I would wear like that, everywhere. With a light blue Chinese painting printed see through mesh top over.
