Canonically Hobbits are only like 90#s on the high end. It'd feel like a 10yo kicking you. I taught taekwondo to kids - it'd hurt but less than you'd think, depending on where it lands.
Let's say they have a lot of weight and muscle in those legs and feet. So it would be like getting slapped with a 10lb bag of po-ta-toes.
Bruh out of 90 lbs, 80 lbs are in his feet 😭
