I think the US has mostly phased out antibacterial soap. The FDA rescinded its authorization of triclosan and a bunch of other similar antibacterial ingredients in 2016 and prohibited the marketing of antibacterial soaps and body washes with those ingredients as antiseptic or antibacterial.

This particular contamination of these 6 recalled products are hand soaps that aren't antibacterial.

Pretty much every hand soap brand has antibacterial options. Softsoap, Dial, Suave, Dove, etc.

Benzalkoniun Chloride seems to be the anti-bacterial agent used now.
