Six hand soaps distributed across 15 states have been recalled over possible bacterial contamination. See the brands, lot codes and affected products.

Pretty much every hand soap brand has antibacterial options. Softsoap, Dial, Suave, Dove, etc.

Benzalkoniun Chloride seems to be the anti-bacterial agent used now.
