A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.

- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

MODERATORS
Never put dates on the education part of your resume.
You can hide it on the resume, but a lot of sites that make you fill in all of the info on their applications make the date a mandatory field.
Easy fix. Just do like everyone else and lie. The truth doesn't matter anymore.
If they call you on it, just say you're ambitious and may run for President one day.
For what it's worth these days in the USA, this specifically is illegal in Colorado, Delaware, Oregon and NYC. That's in addition to protections provided by the ADEA.
Date? Half the jobs I apply for require a transcript!
Or--and stay with me here--get some graduate certificate and make that the only thing that appears on your education.
Yeah no. Graduates have it the hardest with regards to applying to a job. Every employer wants experience, even for entry level jobs lol. Larping as a graduate will result in even fewer interviews lol.
A degree is a reset button on your career and shows growth. It sets you apart from all the other 50 year olds.
