Kudos to Latvian government for admitting the mistake (at least partially).

As far as colonisers go, Russians in the Baltic got off easy.

Poor Stalin, he had no choice but to do a secret deal with the Nazis to split up eastern Europe, and then he had to follow up with as much of it has possible after the Germans backstabbed him /s
