Not a fan of the new look. If you're in the same boat, plug:

about:config

into your URL bar, and search for:

browser.nova.enabled

Toggle it to false using the button to the right.

There are functional changes that Nova also introduced: this won't effect those - only the aesthetic.

Not sure why people see the need to make changes for changes sake.

I've had the same frontend for firefox for a decade and it's worked just fine. Never been an issue with usability.

Muscle memory. It took me about a year to retrain how to open a new tab on Firefox for Android last time they moved things around for no good reason.
