In my culture we have a sausage made mostly with blood. Quite tasty.
I think you will be hard pressed to find a European country which doesn't have some sort of blood sausage/pudding.
No, I won't. I don't know how widespread that is and don't actually care. I just mentioned "in my culture" to filter out crazies who like to scream "no, that's super niche and nobody does that except you, weirdo!" Well, now I have crazies who shout "No, that's super widespread and everyone does that" :) That happens. Not a big deal.
We have blood sausage (black pudding) in the UK, France (boudin noir, sanquette), Germany (schwarzsauer), Italy (biroldo), Poland (duck soup) and Spain (morcilla).
So it seems like "most places" tbh.
We do as well in Norway. Exactly the same as the british black pudding/sausage.
Same in Finland!
I've never tried the British stuff, but our blood sausage is pretty good. Goes very well with lingonberry jam. :)
Had some in a pub in England. It's as good as identical to ours.
We got them in France too.

That's great to hear! Did they offer any lingonberry jam though?
No. Part of a full English. Bacon, baked beans, etc.
Mine too. I've tried it, but didn't like the texture much.
You can fry it and it tastes different.
It depends on what the butcher uses as a base.
It's popular in many cultures. Love me some morcilla.
Your culture is white supremacy, yeah, I get it’s just a big sausage fest of awkward hand jobs, but I don’t think that’s what anyone means when they say sausage.
Seem like yours is hasty conclusion and nasty personality, but whom am I to judge?
I know the user. They are.
