I decided I would actually take a scroll through hexbear to see how their LGBT community was getting on, since that seems to be the largest and the LGBT communities I have access to are sadly lacking in activity.

I checked out their main page and read a few posts. There's just something that irks me about people glorifying Mao who was numerically worse than Hitler.

@Dave@lemmy.nz you made the right choice.

Those are emojis on their side. It will probably be fixed in the next lemmy release.

Oh. Thanks for the explanation. I thought they just .... really liked to look at a lot of pictures taking up whole threads.
