Dude - the whole reason it became a meme is because someone made a cute comparison of how Xi looks like Pooh (which he objectively does) and the whiny little bitch threw a hissy fit and created his own personal Streisand effect. It has nothing to do with the Chinese people and everything to do with a thin-skinned dictator.

No, Xi does not "objectively look like Winnie the Pooh." I understand that you may not have intended on being racist from the outset, but do you really need to be explained why depicting a Chinese man as a yellow cartoon is racist?
That part isn't even relevant anymore, because the main reason people use it nowadays is because it was (and maybe still is?) censored in China.

Saying "Chinese Communist Party" is a Western way of making sure you're reminded up front that these are dirty foreigners, not to be trusted.
I could say the same to you, for refusing to see depicting a Chinese man as a yellow cartoon as racist. The west isn't free of such a history of using racist caricatures.
