How much time to you give yourself, when you are not looking at a screen per day?

I'm feeling back to baseline doing a lot of laundry. Yesterday I accomplished two chores before my body crapped out: paying a bill and voting. Today I hope to achieve more! Maybe help bake some biscuits or something to welcome some neighbours to the street.

Screen time really depends on so many factors.
