Right now, I’m playing the early access version of Baldurs Gate 3. I’m getting ready to put it down (frustrated: BG3 has the potential to be good, but without controller support, I’m getting really frustrated with the UI. ) and switch to Yakuza Like a Dragon.

What are you playing now and what are you looking forward to playing next?

I went from a Hades binge which ended when I entered the mid-to-late game grind phase interspersed with bouts of BoI (finally picked up Repetence) and found myself wondering what to do now.

So I figured, hey, maybe it's about time I finally went back and finished Bastion.

Then all of a sudden Street Fighter 6 comes out (which plays incredibly well on the deck) and a new No Man's Sky expedition launches, and now I don't know what to do!

I'll tell ya, after I broke out the first time and got access to the "heat," the game kind of lost its shine for me. Perhaps it's because I'm such a casual and I can't handle the difficulty, but it just didn't have the same sort of dopamine rush toward completion anymore and I put it down.

Now I'm playing Dead Cells and it's like crack cocaine.

Yeah earned probably a dozen or more heat rewards including a couple of finished runs, but the grind is real as you really are just looping for resources while trying to unlock more of the storyline.

Thanks for the warning on Dead Cells, though. My hundreds and hundreds of hours of BoI suggest I struggle to avoid gamer crack addiction...
