What kind of monster makes a can of "Peaches in Juice", and the juice is Pear juice?

We used to get the Watties peaches in water but I haven't seen it on the shelf for a while, so I got these ones. One of my kids spat it out but the other two liked them 🤷. I don't like pears so I might be a bit biased 😆

They didn't specify which juice so I guess it's fair 😆 I was using it to make smoothies, so I didn't really notice.

All pears? I gotta say a cold nashi pear out of the fridge can be delicious

Something about pears. Some are better than others, but there are no pears that I'd say I like. I especially don't like the ones that have a gritty texture, but I'm also not a fan of the pear flavour in general.
