Anyway, it’s just a chance to talk about your day, what you have planned, what you have done, etc.
So how’s it going?
I have two minutes till a meeting so can't actually do any work lest I get caught up in it and be late to the meeting. So it goes.
That's me when I have 30 minutes in between meetings. Have some water, go to the bathroom, answer a couple of messages/emails and your left with such an iffy amount of time to actually get stuck into work.
