As long as your govs goal is defence, you can't really go too far in an arms race. Your end goal is to make attacking you as unpalatable as possible. How those weapons get used if your gov becomes the aggressor is a lot more problematic :/

There's a British version of the Hellfire, with some improvements over the original design.
