I wouldn't think much about it if British person made the meme and used "Moo" for their cow. I would just assume it was a British person who made the meme. To them that's the default.

Children still scream? I thought school shootings were normalized by now. Also, many American kids don't know beef and milk comes from cows. So I doubt cows and schools have anything in common over there.

I mean if you pronounce the swedish one it does sound more like a real cow to me than the the english "moo"
