I've mentioned this elsewhere, but I'm against a list. Instead, I want a welcoming community that decides what is or isn't OK, and that should be decided through discussion not through a list of things that are obviously not OK.
We are a small community, and so far we have had a grand total of two reports. One was for content on another server (in these cases reports go to admins on both servers), and the other was for a post in the wrong place - when the right place didn't yet exist.
When we reach the point that we have to explain to people that they aren't allowed to say hateful, hurtful things to one another, then we will probably just start restricting people from joining (as many other servers do). We have no obligation to let people join, there are plenty of other servers available.
Until then, if someone is saying something that doesn't align with the kind of community you want to be in, then either call them out on it or report it (or both). If you're not sure, we can discuss it as a community to decide if these sorts of things are ok.
