The code for conda is all open source, but the default repos are provided under terms that prohibit commercial usage. Anaconda baits you into using it since it's "free", then sues:
Technically you could find alternate repos, but this is the kind of thing that should be mentioned on pages like this.
Conda vs Anaconda?
Yes, Conda, not Anaconda. It uses Anaconda's repos by default, which are bound by these terms of service: https://www.anaconda.com/legal/terms/terms-of-service , which require you to pay for commercial use if your org has more than 200 users.
Although it looks like if you only use conda-forge, or alternate repos then you should be good. It looks like miniforge, which does use the conda package manager, was made partially with the goal of avoiding these licensing issues.
Nice site but it seems wildly unorganized. There seems to be zero standard for tagging software and the language used in reviews is not objective. Lot's of uses of appears rather than is. Ie Obsidian appears non-FOSS, it isn't!

Where did you get the idea that it is FOSS? The page on it links to their releases repo where they plainly state,

Degooglers and privacy people like it because it's "good" proprietary software that is fully local, doesn't phone home, and doesn't lock in its users. That's all well and good but it doesn't make it FOSS.
Good website - bookmarked. I found something on there which I was under the impression was FOSS and had installed (Duckstation).
Duckstation used to be FOSS, but then the developer Stenzek wanted complete control over the project and decided to disallow forks and third party distributions. You can still find old versions that use the GPL license, though personally I prefer to use Beetle PSX with CRT shaders and no enhancements inside of RetroArch.
