Doesn’t taste like cheesecake at all!

I tried to make this for my family reunion. I don’t like cream cheese, so I substituted it with instant mashed potato mix. It looks decent, but tastes like a dang baked potato! Who wants baked potato cheesecake??? 1 star!!!

Ah but have you also replaced eggs with crushed ice, and sugar with water?

There's something quaint about changing the fundamental basics of a recipe and trashing it in the comments 🌻
