Anyone else finding it weird that its his decision ? I feel that in any other country it would be the government's. Like alright; your firm built the infrastructure, but whether or not this or that country can use it for this or that military application is a foreign policy question so in this instance we say what happens and you just give them the price.
Not that it would be any better if the other sack of shit were involved, I presume. It just sounds weird that it's this one.
