Welcome to this week’s casual kōrero thread!

This post will be pinned in this community so you can always find it, and will stay for about a week until replaced by the next one.

It’s for talking about anything that might not justify a full post. For example:

  • Something interesting that happened to you
  • Something humourous that happened to you
  • Something frustrating that happened to you
  • A quick question
  • A request for recommendations
  • Pictures of your pet
  • A picture of a cloud that kind of looks like an elephant
  • Anything else, there are no rules (except the rule)

I thought I'd try doing these posts on Wednesday for a while, Fridays are a bit quiet recently.

If you haven't already, please fill in the census survey! I'm a bit disappointed in the responses from LemmyNZ users and c/NZ subscribers, which have about 30% fewer responses than previous years 🙁.

Yes, you can do it even if you only joined today, you're part of the group that's here at this point in time!

I posted another reminder post about 10 days back, and got another bunch of responses. I think we are at a similar level of LemmyNZ users as previous years now. I actually closed the survey earlier today, it's been about a week since the last response. So now the work begins!
