Full title: This jellyfish is the only known animal on Earth that cannot die of old age. When it gets sick or injured, it reverts back to a baby — and starts its entire life over again. Scientists call it biologically immortal.

I was reasonably sure lobsters were similar and a quick check confirms that there are a few similar animals.

tbf lobsters do die of old age, they have to molt and at some point that ends up going wrong and they die.

It's not the old age that kills them though. They molt, that goes badly and they die whilst they're vulnerable.

They don't die through the aging process.

Source? Seems cool but I'd like to learn more

It's true. There are a lot of articles like this one that go into more detail.

Elon asshole is probably trying to figure out how to do that.

The proof he has already experimented with it is that he acts like a baby.

Probably in more than one way. He probably wants to turn women into children so he can rape them too.

He has to because he has no one to leave this administration to.

I can't say i have looked but I have seen videos of eels and octopus being put up there. Maybe jellyfish are too extreme to not find it if you're not specifically looking for it.

I'm sure plenty of non-assholes are researching it too, no need to give him all the credit.

Just be nice to keep all of one's memory in the process.
