Where I live there would be paint scratches and flat tires on that car. Probably twisted/broken windshield wipers as well.
I don't know if I can fit there. Hmm, maybe if I take my keys out of my pocket and hold them in my hand while squeezing through.

Simple answer no, you could go past it and if it was damaged in the process that really wouldn't be your fault and they would have to go to civil court to try to deal with it. Walking over it is pretty likely to be taken as property damage and you at the very least get cited out if not taken before a magistrate.
Probably true but also incredibly unfair. Some people simply get away with ignoring rules and as the person trying to find a creative way to pay retribution you have to worry about legal consequences.
I'm happy there's an app to report such things where I live. Never know if anything happens but at least it feels like I have done something.
Worth it.

When I lived in New York, I would have to regularly buy new keys because I would wear them out on how many cars I scratch the fuck up for doing this exact thing.
If you are not keying every car and slashing every tire, every time you see a motherfucker do this, you’re wasting your time. These assholes have to learn their lessons in a very expensive way, or they will continue to do this.

A car with a broken window can still move out of the way. Slashed tires park it in the way for longer.

Me and 2 other people moved a poorly parked Toyota Tercel when I was young, pivoting it on a front tire.
I'm kind of a big dude, but I'm not huge and only one of us was particularly strong.
It's easier than you might think especially if you just want to flip it over. 3-5 regular sized guys could definitely do it!
Saw some students try to do that with a relatively small car badly parked on campus. They decided they could probably lift it with one on each corner. Unfortunately they each grabbed a wheel arch and came away with handfuls of corroded bodywork. The rest of the car stayed where it was and they ran.
Yeah, gotta grab it by the tires and frame, anything else will probably break even if the vehicle is in good shape.
Colleague is a firefighter and they regularly have trainings for moving a car, in case it's blocking a driveway.
They'll have a person at each wheel and bounce the car in sync, making use of the suspension to keep the momentum going. And then when it's bouncing upwards, they'll lift it off the ground and push it over a few centimeters. Repeat until it's out of the way.
He said, it's fairly quick, you can easily move a car half a meter that way.
But yeah, if you need to move it further, you'll go ringing doorbells, or worst-case, wait for a tow truck...

instant keying
While you may be tempted to slash their tires as well, don’t. It’s a great way to get injured (pressurized tires tend to explode). Instead, use a small pocket knife to cut a little slice into their little air peg. That will cause a slow leak that they will not be able to easily identify, and is nearly impossible to fix without replacing the tire itself.

Imported European car or do you have blue strips on the license plates there too?
As long as the number plate colours are correct (black on white for private, black on yellow for transport) you can have any style of number plate.
You can even mention which caste/community you belong to.
No one gives a fuck.
You can get plates with Euro-style blue stripes
Footprints or if you're adventurous, cycle tyre tracks over the pavement section of the car can work wonders

It's got EU plates, but that truck in the background has Indian plates, I think. So not only is the driver a twat and their car a twatmobile, they also dragged it a quarter of the way around the world to show it off. But if I'm not mistaken, that's a 320-series which is a nice car but definitely not a car worth dedicating that much effort to, so they're also a twat with an overstuffed sense of how cool their twatmobile is.
It has Indian plates (newer Indian plates can look like EU plates sometimes). This was taken in Bangalore
