Veganism is good, correct, and healthy. It's better for the environment and for the animals. To add on, faux-meats and cheeses are constantly improving.
It also hurts giant expllitative corporations.

Gonna bring up something else, vegan mozz is different enough that it's possible to prefer over regular. Super gooey and richer flavor IMO.

Really depends on the prodct I'd say.
The egg in mayo plays a very specific role (emulsifier basically) that has very little to do with taste; I can imagine adequate vegan alternatives exist. Do you know more about this?
Maybe we're having different things, but the vegan mayo brands I've had taste exactly like what I remember animal-based mayo tasting like and my friends and family (who aren't vegan) say it's indistinguishable for them too
