All theistic religions are harmful (not just Islam), but there are at least two major issues with oppressive laws like this:
This law isn’t oppressive for kids forced to wear a fucking bag and indoctrinated into a cult. Religion is a monstrous evil.
There is no judgement mechanism that the state can employ that can accurately determine when a person is forced to wear something that they may choose to. Attempting to enforce such judgement will always cause more harm than any perceived good.
