They'll be £400-500. Inverters are £100-150 and panels 2 X £100. Then the wiring and Gubbins, smart meter. The legislation is just for panals though, plug in and play batteries aren't part of this yet. Probs best to go with wa company you know will be compatible with batteries in the future, ie already doing so in Germany

Er they are, they have some of the fastest buildouts of solar + storage anywhere bar China. But its a huge, rapidly industrialising country so there will be a transition period. Ac demand with global warming dies not help
