A blaze of glory would be utilizing his Supreme-Court-granted powers of presidential immunity and officially act to save, at bare minimum, the country.

Go ahead and ride your high horse on that moral high road, just don't trip over all the corpses.

Dark Souls cleared this up for me real quick.

Every time my family brings up some character they believe "didn't need to be gay", I start bringing up movies I know they like that have unnecessarily ham-fisted romances that make no sense.

To all the people who think Pacific Rim would have been improved by Raleigh and Mako kissing at the end, you are wrong. There was 0 need for romance in a movie about giant robots beating the shit out of giant alien monsters.

Most action movies don't need their little romance subplots, yet they're everywhere.

Most movies would be mostly unchanged if you took out any romantic entanglement at all.

9/10 times, they're all unnecessary.

But if they're going to be crammed in, they should be representative. Lgbtq+ exist. They deserve representation.

My family has mostly stopped mentioning it around me.

Sorry about that, just a little transporter mishap.

I'll get it sorted right away.

I mean, it would have been nice if the game had been finished when it came out.....

But hey, they've fixed nearly every problem I had with the game on launch. Which is infinitely more than most of the companies who release shitty broken games.

Oh, by no means am I trying to be "both sides"-ing, it's very clearly one side in the wrong trying to pull everyone off a cliff, and the other "side" (usually just a bunch of people with no official support because it's not profitable to go against the military industrial complex) trying desperately to prevent it.

I'm just getting as tired of hearing the phrase as I am "woke"

Myself, I don't think this is in preparation for imperial colonialism, which honestly is becoming to sound like the word "woke" now, but for the opposite side where the second I hear it I toll my eyes and wonder what dumbass take I'm about to read says.

It's definitely a opinion piece paid for by people who profit from war, and is 100% just another ultra-capitalist trying to influence public opinion to make themselves richer.

The only ones who benefit from war are the dictators and shareholders of weapons manufacturers.

This isn't "imperial colonialism" is "capitalism that profits on death is still good, full steam ahead"

Me, thinking to myself: what if this completely illogical and unlikely thing happened RIGHT NOW

Also me, to my wife: why would you think that completely illogical and unlikely thing would happen right now....

I think after years and years of 3d games, I just don't like 2d anymore.

I've become institutionalized by a third dimension...

I don't even enjoy Castlevania anymore and those games were my jam back in the day.

I never could get into terraria, but some days I want to buy it just to support a good developer.

It was as much her own "fault" as it was Wesley's.

Wes created the little universe bubble she got sucked into, but her own subconscious filled it and made things disappear.
