If you are an investor, this is a classic picks and shovels play. No one is going to be able to guess which lab puts out the best models, none of them really have a moat. However, every lab is going to need massive amounts of hardware to train and serve their models. It doenst even matter if open source models end up winning, they still need massive hardware to train and infer.

They certainly will, and they will do it one by one like they do now. Everyone will stand there and watch it happen while recording on their phone. If we dont work together we'll be picked off one by one. Wolves dont eat an entire herd in one sitting.

 

Curious what you all think about this.

 

Reddit seems oddly quiet these last few days. Its kinda eerie. Posts that would normally generate a ton of comments just have 2 or 3 comments. It feels a bit like a calm before the storm.

Anyone know whats up?
