Yes that is the status quo of today, however I hope it becomes a more even split as time goes on.

Yeah true that, it stood out to me over on Reddit that subreddits clustered around cities leaving everyone in between to glom to their closest.
Sometimes resulting in misunderstanding if someone was in the region but assumed to be in the city.

My understanding is that allowing disinformation to proliferate, even downvoted to oblivion, is still a chance to hook someone in to that thinking if they already see themselves as marginalised.
While pushing back, or removing will not work to reprogram true believers it will protect those vulnerable to misinformation
