I understand, but I mean a different kind of pressure. Breaking the economy and letting it bleed. No need to agglomerate at places. The police would have nowhere to act. Invading people's homes and forcing them to do things isn't viable at large scale.
I don't mean that any method is better or worse. I support all of them. However, we have the overlooked power to pressure by taking the economy at hostage by making a "consumption strike" or/and a general work strike. This power grows stronger the larger our economies become
