Why is it easier for dems to say that trump has dementia than to say the administration is unconstitutionally abusing its power violating their oaths?
They want to place all the blame for the problems in America on the shoulders of this one hapless clown because it spares them from reckoning with the deep systemic problems that led to us having this syphilis petri dish in the highest seat of power of the nation with the most powerful military in human history.

Fact. But do the voters understand it enough to vote for an alternative to mainstream Democrats (that actually know how to fix stuff)? Like, the foundational issues are lack of term / age limits, how campaigns / candidates are funded, and lobbying. You canot fix healthcare, for example, without fixing the system that allowed our current state. Having any discussion before the foundations are fixed is an act of futility.

We won’t hear about it of course, but that should be expected. I guess we'd have to define what you mean by “dems”, but I’m pretty sure we can find more than a couple.
By dems i mean the democrats in power, like the ones in congress.
I'd love to see one person in power saying anything to this effect publicly.
AOC, as one example, says things like that frequently. Searching "democrat says trump administration is unconstitutional" finds plenty of instances of what you say doesn't happen.
In my kagi search, the most I could find where a Democrat calls the regime unconstitutional is this YouTube video.

Which is great to see. AOC is cool but I haven't seen her flat out say that anything is unconstitutional yet...although I don't follow her too closely.
Anyway, we need more than this. We need motions to be filed and movements to form.
I mean, I feel like Democrats saying that Trump's actions are unconstitutional is so commonplace that it's not even notable anymore. I think the following quote illustrates that -- they don't even name the Dems because it's so commonplace:

I'd say they need less sound bytes about how trump should be impeached and more actual impeachments.

He’s 80. His dad died of Alzheimer’s. Odds are in favor of it. While syphilis is on the rise lately, it’s also cured with antibiotics. I think there’s lower odds of the syphilis, granted, until the last year or two, it wasn’t a common test run on anyone, so, maybe.
What’s interesting is China just came out with new nanotech which has effectively reduces the causes of Alzheimer’s in animal models. Meanwhile, Trump has both alienated China and chased many scientists from our country to theirs.
His dad, his grandad, and his sister all died of it. Of COURSE he has it, we’ve been screaming it since the first time this demented rapist was illegally placed in power.
I wonder if Merrick Garland has regrets, for dragging his feet. Not that it matters.

The US desperately needs a grass-roots movement that lies low and makes do with harm reduction so the ones in power do not see it coming, and then suddenly switches their vote together all at once when they know they have enough numbers for a third party to surpass the other two, and be able to pass constitutional amendments, fix the electoral system, and other changes to start undoing the damage of McCarthyism.

Realistic view: Neoliberals are almost as corrupt as Republicans, a lot of their owner donors are the same ones who own the Republican party, and that's most of the reason why they absolutely suck at messaging.
When you're trying to defeat the fascists who came into power using moneyed interests to abuse a broken system, the moneyed interests who own and benefit from the system is your ACTUAL main source of income and most of the people you're pretending to appeal to absolutely loathe both billionaires and the system, your messaging is GONNA suck big, floppy donkey dick.
As fraudulent and infantile as the fascist messaging is, it's still clear and forceful, which makes it much more effective than the empty and vague promises and threats of Neoliberals.

Because most things that are "unconstitutional"... aren't. At best they are a grey area that (arguably) clearly goes against the spirit of the document but... the spirit of the document is also that white men are all that matters.
So a claim of "that is unconstitutional" would need a nuanced discussion (and nuance is for Barren Women And The Gays!!!) and would lead to actual lawyers saying "uhm... it technically isn't?". And said nuance would lead room for a bad faith interpretation by the SCOTUS to "clarify" things in law.
Cue: "The SCOTUS will not go that far because steven universe taught me the power of friendship and we are totally going to have fair elections in 2028!" idiots.
Whereas "he is both mentally and physically unfit" is something that speaks to both sides. Just look at Kamala's campaign (which was mostly "Hey guys... I am not Biden")
Also... republicans are going to push a LOT harder on the illegal shit angle because they can be implicated in that. Whereas this will let them say "We were just following orders" and "I didn't do anything wrong"
