Is the joke that this is in Europe?
Only one of the vehicles is a truck - I’d expect more from the US. It looks just before sundown - which in Europe has more of as it’s more north. there’s lots of greenery, - which to be fair, my experience of the US has been big cities and the Nevada’s desert. But suggests it’s not winter. Iceland also has Taco Bell.

Looks like north america to me. The license plates seem to be US/Canada sized (proportionally to the vehicles, since they're grainy). However, who knows
It's blatantly saying this is not europe. How do you misread it like that?
Because the joke would be “the European mind cannot conceive ”.
It’s not like there’s something in the picture that screams ‘Murica.
How you continue to completely miss the low level joke is beyond me.
