Oh oh good, it's legal to talk about the rapists now. Were it that we lived in a world where these fucking rapists (not "men who helped drug blah blah blah) had to go through a committee and a cooling off period and loads of scrutiny before they could rape this poor woman. But alas, state protections do not apply to many of us.
In some cases it's because the victims can be identified by naming the defendants. In others it's because they haven't been convicted yet and media bias might influence the trial.
And the cops search your person when you "look suspicious" or "fit the description". And the judges increase jail time when you "are a risk". And on and on. It's just simply coincidence that these things corelate to perceived class status, and have forever.
I'm not arguing the system isn't corrupt, I'm saying there are good reasons for not releasing names.
When you argue "good reasons" against me saying "the system is corrupt", you are
