Im assuming by that you mean 'if the people took issue with it', not 'if there was a cultural problem of pedo shit' (not trying to argue semantics, I do agree that there is 100% a cultural problem with normalising that kind of thing)
I'm only taking issue with you generalising a >120 MILLION population and labelling them as pedos
