He was also a big Abbott supporter and donor. I personally never, ever stop at Buc-ee's because I try my best to vote with my dollars.
I got violently ill from their nuts on an 8 hour road trip. Then my wife got equally violently ill when she ate the nuts when we got home (I thought I just had a bug).
Their restrooms are fine, but I won't go there for anything else.

You have a very low threshold for insane. I've driven all over the country too. The gross ones are rare.
I'm a lady using the ladies room though, that might be why we're not seeing eye to eye.

Eeeh, there's some pretty shitty ones when you get out of cities/coasts.
Buccees has literally nothing special in that department.
Idk Bucees and QuikTrip are pretty good about being clean.
Wally's is also really good.
Most is not accurate. I've been in some godawful, disgusting gas station bathrooms across the southern US. I would still choose that disgusting bathroom over Buc-ee's
gas station food= severe if not dangerous food poisoning/parasites.
You realise that isn't an issue in other developed countries?
