Any of you guys get wonkybox delivered?

This week's included gold beetroot and apache potatoes which I've never seen in my life.

Looking to share (well.. mostly receive I guess) tips on what to cook up, how to use what's in the box best etc

I've been grating my beetroots and adding them to salads. It's the potatoes I've struggled to get through.

I had some potatoes last week that needed to get used, so I just made a big pot of mashed potato and froze it. Next time we go to make devilled sausages or a cottage pie, I'll just take the mash out of the freezer in the morning before. Easy as
