I was thinking it could be used for cooking since it's mainly oil, but I'm thinking the amount of sugar might not work well. I've seen people use it on the outside of grilled cheese sandwiches to crisp it up. Otherwise into the compost it goes!

Oh this is a good idea! Guessing the mayo can work as a replacement for the oil or butter in baking recipes
Well if you're really brave, fat and sugar are key components of ice cream!
Sounds like a good way to ruin a good ice cream though.
