Maybe we've reached a point where human needs can be fully subsidized and people can then focus on what they want to do rather than how to survive.

And if you're able - exercise. Stronger and more limber muscles are less likely to succumb to discomfort-induced pain. If exercise was a drug, physicians would be giving it to everyone.

And personally, magnesium oxide tends to disagree with my digestive tract, magnesium chelate is the more bioavailable and less irritable version of the supplement (but more expensive).

Is the tool called "incetivizing and supporting development of local manufacturing"? No? Then this won't solve anything and will only increase prices for customers - everything will still be made in china.

I buy things from china, yes. And I would love to be able to buy stuff made in EU, and I do for the things that are available. The big issue is that China is the world's factory, light years ahead of everyone else. The offerings are just incomparable.

This is a lukewarm performance that doesn't address the root problem.

Oh wow, LLMs are having issues with using an esoteric language they haven't been trained on. Might as well point them at a picture of Indus script and be baffled how it cannot parse it.

As long as its a language, an LLM will be proficient in parsing it given enough training and data.

This is a very interesting experiment though, surprised so see how some of the models faired.

Stop thinking about yourself and you'll stop thinking less of yourself.

I believe their question was WHY do people enjoy it. Which I'm also curious about.

[-] Shayeta@feddit.org 2 points 5 days ago

You mean 4.5 hours? If not might as well shorten it to 3 since a sleep cycle is 90min and you're wasting time if you sleep 4.

As is their right, and the right of everyone. Linux is free and open source. The whole beauty of it is that anyone can take it and do what they want with it.

Why would you pay for them when you can just generate them yourself for cheaper?

First video on writing code with LLMs I've seen that is actually sensible, is well aware of limitations of LLMs, and gives solid advice.
