Maybe if we hit him hard enough he’ll loop back around, like Gandhi in that civ game but reversed.
Had a friend that got blasted with a glass beer bottle. Brian damage and long stay in the hospital but he lived.
When he came back, he was 100% a different person. Abandoned his family, started talking to overseas women, gambling, and many other self destructive activities.
Before? Dude was a stand up guy. Worked hard and was a great family man. Sad that Fettermen basically suffered the same fate, but he needs to go.
I do find it somewhat funny that after suffering severe brain damage, Republican ideals became appealing to him. It says a lot about the rest of the group.
To follow up on this, I never heard about someone switching to leftist ideals after brain damage, always to the right.

Like, smashed over the head with a beer bottle? Holy fuck. They really should not have started such a cliché for that in bar fights in movies, I feel like some people think it'll break like the movies and you'll just "hurt the guy a little" not fucking kill them, or give them permanent brain damage.
I think it just comes naturally for people to use things shaped like a club to hit people when they're so inclined.

I remember a guy that always did stupid shit when he was drunk. One of his "party tricks" was to bite off pieces of beer glasses. One night he emptied a bottle of beer and just smashed it over his head, probably expecting it to shatter. It made a pretty anti climactic bonk sound and it knocked him out cold, hitting a barstool on the way down.
Right. This happened to him in the bathroom and the guy was looking to steal his wallet. Sad thing was, my friend didn't even press charges. Just so was fucked up. He didn't even care. His family was devastated. Amazing what some people will do and the outcomes they create.
If only Fetterman had an excuse like that. He was always a shit person. Just less shit than Mehmet Oz.
That sounds like one of the worst things I can imagine, becoming a terrible person and actively making other peoples' lives worse. It's really sad to know that your friend would have been horrified of what he became.
