When my kid does 6-7 I do the same gesture saying 8-9. It also means nothing and it's bigger, so "I win". Annoys the hell out of them.
"Why was 6 scared of 7? Because 7 8 9."
(that works better spoken, than in text. ... 7 ate 9.)

Nah, still counts. A Boomer is just anybody older than you whom you disagree with.
Even if I try not to be an angry, all-dismissing boomer, I'll fall into the category of try-hard boomer.

Because they have some meaning (and arguably, value) beyond "a number we choose to be a meme."
The minute enough people knew what 6 7 was, it lost the only value it had: being an inside joke and using it to exclude others not in the know.

It's just that 67 is lame. It's a reference to some video so whatever, but the creepy thing about it is people are expected to laugh uncontrollably when they hear the number. And they do it because they have to do whatever social media demands of them.
The whole 67 thing is cringey.
I mean well yeah. The other numbers actually have some kind of meaning 67 is just nothing.
